- Covenants update and/or board's ability to formally approve business licenses when required by the State of North Carolina on behalf of neighborhood.

- Other outstanding homeowner issues.

PLEASE NOTE: Pursuant to NC State Statue 47F concerning HOA balances: If no action is taken on past-due accounts, the Homeowner's Association may file a lien on your property and if payment remains outstanding, initiate foreclosure proceedings in accordance with NC state law.
