Announcements: Annual Elections - August 2026

This year's elections will cover the following topics:

- Board Member Positions: Vice President and Treasurer are both up for election.

- Covenant changes: View proposed changes here. Please email any concerns with the proposed language to the Board at ncjrhoa@gmail.com no later than 31 July 2026.

- Voting will be electronic. Ballots will go out via email in early August.

2026-2027 HOA fees are due 31 July ($200 per household)
